What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, action-focused partnership that empowers clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. It involves assessing where the client is and where they want to go, and exploring how to get there.

How can it help

Coaching is a collaborative, confidential and supportive partnership between client and coach. It is focused on action and empowering people towards attaining their personal and professional goals. In simple terms, coaching is about assessing where the client is right now, where they want to go and how best they can get there. It's all about moving forward!

Coaching is not advice, therapy or counselling, nevertheless coaching may address specific personal projects, business successes, or more general conditions in a client’s personal or professional life.In order to get the best out of coaching a client must be willing to fully engage in the process by discovering and exploring more about themselves and be open to supportive challenge from their coach in order to get the most from the coaching sessions.

In a confidential and supportive environment, I work with my clients either online or face to face (depending on location) bringing them on a journey of discovery where they gain clarity, identify what is most important to them and what may be hindering their success.

Throughout our coaching relationship my clients are empowered to access and integrate their strengths, qualities and traits in order to confidently develop and achieve their personal and professional goals. Each Wellrise Coaching programme typically provides the client with four to six coaching sessions. Further sessions may be required depending on a client's needs
